Acceptance of Terms
By using Smart Group Join, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.
Group and Channel Submission
Users may submit groups and channels from supported platforms including:
- WhatsApp Groups
- WhatsApp Channels
- Telegram Groups
- Telegram Channels
- Facebook Groups
- Messenger Groups
- Messenger Channels
When submitting a group or channel:
- The user must provide a valid invite or public link.
- The system automatically detects the platform type.
- Unsupported or invalid links may be rejected automatically.
- After a supported link is accepted, the user may add group/channel name, description, image from gallery, and category.
- Location permission may be requested to help display groups relevant to nearby users.
Location-Based Search
Smart Group Join allows users to discover groups and channels based on city, country, or nearby location.
When a user searches for a specific city or area, only groups and channels associated with that location may be displayed.
If no groups or channels are available for the searched location, no results may be shown.
Approval Process
All submitted groups and channels may be reviewed before becoming publicly visible.
The administrator reserves the right to:
- Approve submissions
- Reject submissions
- Remove submissions
- Edit categories when necessary
Approval is not guaranteed.
Prohibited Content
The following content may be removed without notice:
- Spam or misleading content
- Fraudulent activities
- Illegal content
- Harmful or dangerous content
- Copyright violations
- Adult or explicit content
- Hate speech or harassment
- Content that violates platform policies
The administrator may remove any submission that is considered inappropriate, unsafe, harmful, or unsuitable for the community.
Religious Content
Religious groups and channels may be submitted.
However, the administrator reserves the right to approve, reject, restrict, or remove any religious content if it violates community standards, causes disputes, promotes misinformation, violates platform rules, or is otherwise considered unsuitable for Smart Group Join.
Referral Program
The referral system is intended to encourage genuine community participation.
Referral rewards are only granted when the referred user successfully completes all required activities defined by the application.
Referral rewards may require actions such as opening or joining a required number of groups or channels and submitting a group or channel that is approved by the administrator.
If a user installs the application through a referral link, they may need to tap the same referral link again after installation to activate the referral.
Abuse of the referral system, including self-referrals, duplicate accounts, manipulation, reinstall abuse, or fraudulent activity, may result in rewards being cancelled, removed, or blocked.
Account Recovery and Recovery Key
Smart Group Join may provide a Recovery Key system to help users restore their wallet, coins, groups, referrals, and activity after reinstalling the app or changing devices.
- Users are responsible for saving their Recovery Key in a safe place.
- If a user loses their Recovery Key, account recovery may not be possible.
- The Recovery Key may be used to restore the same app identity on another device.
- Restoring an account does not create a new referral reward.
- Referral rewards already paid to a restored account will not be paid again.
Coins, Purchases and Featured Promotions
Users may earn or purchase coins when such features are available.
Coins may be used to feature approved groups or channels.
- All coin purchases are final.
- Coin purchases are non-refundable.
- Featured promotions are non-refundable.
- Coins spent on promotions cannot be returned once the promotion has been activated.
- Once a featured promotion starts, no refund, reversal, or compensation will be provided.
- Users should review their selection carefully before confirming any coin purchase or promotion.
Daily Check-in Rewards
Smart Group Join may provide a Daily Check-in reward system through the Wallet section.
- Users may claim Daily Check-in rewards once per day.
- Reward amounts may vary based on country, region, promotions, or platform rules.
- Daily rewards may increase based on consecutive daily activity.
- If a user misses a day, the streak may reset back to Day 1.
- After completing the reward cycle, the streak may restart from Day 1.
- Daily Check-in rewards are added to the same Wallet coin balance used for referral rewards and featured promotions.
- Daily Check-in rewards may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
- Abuse, automation, duplicate accounts, exploits, or fraudulent activity may result in reward removal, coin cancellation, or account restrictions.
Wallet System
Smart Group Join may provide a Wallet section where users can view their available coin balance, daily rewards, recovery key, and coin activity.
- Coins may be earned through referrals, Daily Check-ins, admin gifts, promotions, and other platform activities.
- Coins may be spent on featured promotions and other available in-app features.
- Wallet balances may be updated automatically by the system.
- Coins have no cash value unless explicitly stated by the platform.
- The platform reserves the right to adjust, correct, cancel, or remove balances caused by abuse, fraud, duplicate activity, or technical errors.
Coin History
Smart Group Join may maintain a Coin History record to help users understand how coins were earned or spent.
- Daily Check-in rewards
- Referral rewards
- Admin gifts
- Featured promotion purchases
- Other promotional or reward activities
Coin History may be stored for wallet tracking, transparency, reward verification, and account activity purposes.
Advertising and Advertisements
Smart Group Join may display advertisements through Google AdMob and other advertising providers.
By using the application, users acknowledge and agree that certain actions may require viewing advertisements.
- Users may be required to view a rewarded advertisement when submitting a group or channel.
- Users may see an interstitial advertisement when opening, joining, or interacting with certain groups or channels.
- Users may see banner advertisements in various sections of the application.
Advertisements help support the operation, maintenance, development, moderation, and improvement of the platform.
Advertisement availability, frequency, placement, and format may change at any time without prior notice.
Push Notifications
If notification permission is granted, Smart Group Join may send notifications related to app activity and account updates.

Users may disable notifications at any time through device settings.
Featured Groups
Users may spend earned coins to feature approved groups or channels within the application.
- Featured promotions may increase group or channel visibility.
- Promotion duration may vary depending on the selected package.
- Featured status may expire automatically after the selected promotion period.
- Featured promotions are non-refundable.
- Coins spent on featured promotions cannot be returned once activated.
Community Ranking System
Smart Group Join may use anonymous engagement signals to rank groups and channels.
- Likes
- Group opens
- Clicks
- Recent activity
- Community activity
- User engagement
Ranking methods, scoring formulas, visibility rules, and ranking signals may change at any time without prior notice.
Link Health Check
Smart Group Join may periodically verify submitted group and channel links to detect expired, broken, invalid, or inaccessible links.
- Expired links may be temporarily hidden from public listings.
- Broken or invalid links may be flagged for administrator review.
- Administrators may place groups or channels into a Link Issue status.
- Users may be required to update invalid or expired links before the listing becomes public again.
- After a valid link is provided, the group or channel may require administrator approval before becoming publicly visible again.
- The platform does not guarantee perfect link detection because third-party platforms may block automated checks or change link behavior.
Admin Gifts and Promotional Rewards
Administrators may provide coins, gifts, bonuses, or promotional rewards to individual users, specific countries, or groups of users.
- Gifted coins are promotional rewards.
- Promotional rewards may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
- The administrator may determine eligibility at their sole discretion.
- Gifted rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Rewards may be removed if abuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, or technical manipulation is detected.
User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
- Submitted links
- Uploaded images
- Group descriptions
- Group names
- Shared content
- Saving and protecting their Recovery Key
The platform does not own, operate, or control submitted third-party groups and channels.
Users should carefully review any group or channel before joining.
Content Moderation Rights
The administrator reserves the right to review, reject, restrict, edit, or remove any submitted group or channel at any time.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Religious content
- Political content
- Spam content
- Misleading content
- Harmful content
- Fraudulent content
- Content that violates platform policies
- Content that may cause disputes within the community
Approval, rejection, restriction, or removal decisions are made at the administrator’s discretion to maintain platform quality, safety, and user trust.
Location-Based Features
The application may use approximate location information to:
- Tag group origins
- Improve search results
- Display nearby groups and channels
Location access may be declined, but some location-based features may become limited.
Limitation of Liability
The application serves only as a directory and discovery platform.
We are not responsible for:
- Content shared inside groups
- Actions of group owners
- Third-party platform policies
- Losses resulting from joining any group or channel
- Any issue caused by third-party apps, websites, or services
- Expired, broken, invalid, or inaccessible third-party invite links
- Loss of access caused by losing or failing to save a Recovery Key
Users join groups at their own discretion and risk.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
