By downloading, accessing, or using Smart Group Join, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
Your use of the application is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy, please do not use the application.

If you are under the legal age required in your country, you should use the application only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Smart Group Join allows users to discover groups and channels based on city, country, or approximate nearby location.
When a user searches for a particular city or area, only groups and channels associated with that location may be displayed.
If no groups or channels are available for the searched location, no results may be shown.
Users may be asked to enable location services to improve local search results and recommendations.
Submitted groups and channels may be reviewed before becoming publicly visible.
The administrator reserves the right to:
Submission of a group or channel does not guarantee approval or public visibility.
The following content may be rejected, restricted, or removed without prior notice:
The administrator may remove any submission considered inappropriate, unsafe, misleading, harmful, illegal, or unsuitable for the Smart Group Join community.

However, the administrator reserves the right to approve, reject, restrict, or remove religious content if it:
The referral system is intended to encourage genuine community participation.
Referral rewards are granted only when the referred user successfully completes all required activities defined by the application.

If a user installs the application through a referral link, the user may need to tap the same referral link again after installation to activate and register the referral.
Simply installing the application may not automatically register the referral.
Abuse of the referral system may result in cancellation or removal of referral rewards.

Referral rewards, eligibility rules, reward amounts, and referral requirements may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Smart Group Join may create an anonymous app identity and Recovery Key when the application is first launched.
This anonymous app identity is used to connect the user's wallet, coins, submitted groups, referrals, and activity history.
The Recovery Key is not necessarily connected to a name, email address, phone number, or traditional login account.
Smart Group Join is not responsible for loss of access caused by a lost, forgotten, exposed, or incorrectly saved Recovery Key.
Users may be able to restore another app identity by entering a valid Recovery Key through the Restore Account screen or Wallet section.
Restoring another identity may replace the currently active app identity on that device.
Users should save the Recovery Key for their current identity before switching to another identity.
Smart Group Join is not responsible for loss of access caused by switching identities without first saving the current Recovery Key.
Users may earn or purchase coins when these features are available.
Coins may be used to feature approved groups or channels and access other available in-app features.
This non-refundable rule does not remove any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer laws or the rules of the payment platform used for the purchase.
Coins are digital in-app reward units used only within Smart Group Join.
Smart Group Join may provide a Daily Check-in reward system through the Wallet section.
Abuse, automation, duplicate app identities, exploits, date or time manipulation, or fraudulent activity may result in reward removal, coin correction, or restriction of reward features.
Smart Group Join may provide a Wallet section where users can view their available coin balance, Daily Check-in rewards, Recovery Key, and coin activity.
Smart Group Join may maintain Coin History records to help users understand how coins were earned, added, corrected, or spent.
Coin History may include:
Coin History may be stored for Wallet tracking, transparency, reward verification, fraud prevention, and app activity purposes.
Smart Group Join may display advertisements through Google AdMob and other advertising providers.
By using the application, users acknowledge that certain actions may display or require interaction with an advertisement.
Advertisements help support the operation, maintenance, development, moderation, and improvement of Smart Group Join.
Advertisement availability, frequency, placement, type, and format may change without prior notice.
Third-party advertising providers may process certain information according to their own policies and the choices available to the user.

If notification permission is granted, Smart Group Join may send notifications related to app activity, submissions, rewards, and important updates.
Notifications may include:
Users may disable notifications at any time through their device settings.
Smart Group Join does not guarantee that every notification will be delivered, because delivery may depend on device settings, internet access, operating system restrictions, and third-party notification services.
Users may spend earned or purchased coins to feature approved groups or channels within the application.
Smart Group Join may use anonymous engagement signals to rank groups and channels.
Ranking signals may include:
Ranking methods, scoring formulas, visibility rules, and ranking signals may change at any time without prior notice.
Smart Group Join does not guarantee any specific ranking position or level of visibility.
Smart Group Join may periodically verify submitted group and channel links to detect expired, broken, invalid, or inaccessible links.
Smart Group Join does not guarantee perfect link detection, because third-party platforms may block automated checks, require login, restrict access, or change their link behavior.
The original submitter may be allowed to edit approved groups or channels.

When an approved submission is edited:
The administrator reserves the right to approve, reject, restrict, or remove any edited submission.
To help maintain a safe and useful community, newly submitted and edited groups or channels may be reviewed by an automatic moderation system.
Manual review may take up to 7 days or longer depending on the size of the review queue.
Automatic moderation systems may occasionally make mistakes. The administrator may review and change an automatic decision when necessary.
Repeated submission of prohibited, misleading, invalid, or inappropriate content may result in reward restrictions, rejection of future submissions, or limitation of submission features.
Administrators may provide coins, gifts, bonuses, or promotional rewards to individual users, selected countries, or groups of users.

Smart Group Join does not own, operate, manage, or control submitted third-party groups and channels.
Users should carefully review any group or channel before joining, opening, sharing, or interacting with it.
The administrator reserves the right to review, approve, reject, restrict, edit, hide, or remove a submitted group or channel at any time.

Moderation decisions are made to protect platform quality, safety, legal compliance, and user trust.

References to third-party platforms are used only to describe the services supported by the application.
The Smart Group Join name, application design, original graphics, interface elements, text, and original platform features may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, sell, impersonate, or misuse Smart Group Join branding or original application content without permission.
Users retain responsibility for content they submit and must ensure that they have permission to use submitted names, descriptions, images, and links.
Smart Group Join is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that:
