By using Smart Group Join, you also agree to our
Terms of Service,
which contain important information about group submissions, referrals, coins, featured promotions, advertising, moderation, user responsibilities, and platform rules.
Data We Collect
- A randomly generated UserKey / Recovery Key to identify your wallet, groups, referrals, and submissions
- Your approximate location such as country or city to tag group origins and support location-based search
- Interaction data such as likes, clicks, views, and group opens stored in Google Sheets
- Group submissions including link, name, description, image, platform, category, and approval status
- Referral activity, reward status, and coin balance information
- Daily Check-in status, streak count, and last check-in date
- Coin History records such as earned coins, spent coins, descriptions, and timestamps
- Link Health Check records such as last checked time, link status, issue reason, and failed check count
- Push notification token if notification permission is granted
Data We Do Not Collect
- No name, email, phone number, or personal identity is required to use the app
- No sign-in or account registration is required
- No tracking cookies
- No IMEI, MAC address, contacts, SMS, or private phone identifiers
Third-Party Services
Smart Group Join uses third-party services provided by Google and other providers to operate certain features.

- Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications, if enabled
- Expo services for app build and push notification support
These services may collect limited technical information as described in their own privacy policies.

Advertising & AdMob
Smart Group Join displays advertisements through Google AdMob.
Google AdMob may automatically collect certain information, including:
- Advertising Identifier GAID or AAID
- Device information
- App interaction information
- Approximate location information, if permitted by device settings
This information may be used to provide personalized or non-personalized advertisements.
Users can control ad personalization through their Google Account and device privacy settings.

How We Use Your Data
- To display submitted groups to other users after admin approval
- To enable likes, views, clicks, and ranking calculations
- To detect your approximate location for local group tagging, if allowed
- To allow users to manage, edit, and delete their own submissions
- To manage referral rewards, wallet coins, and featured promotions
- To help users restore their wallet, groups, referrals, and coin history using a Recovery Key
- To detect invalid, expired, broken, or inaccessible group links
- To send push notifications if permission is granted
Referral Program
- The app may generate a unique referral link linked to a device-generated UserKey / Recovery Key
- Referral statistics, referral counts, reward status, and earned coins may be stored in Google Sheets
- Referral rewards are used only within the app
- Referral records may be used to prevent duplicate rewards, self-referrals, reinstall abuse, or fraudulent activity
Coins & Rewards
- Coins may be awarded through referral milestones, Daily Check-ins, admin gifts, and promotional rewards
- Coins can be redeemed to feature approved groups and channels
- Coin balances are stored in Google Sheets
- Coins are used only inside Smart Group Join and do not have cash value unless explicitly stated
Community Ranking System
- Anonymous engagement data such as views, likes, clicks, group opens, and recent activity may be used to calculate group rankings
- Community activity may contribute to ranking scores
- No personal identity information is required for ranking purposes
- Ranking methods and scoring rules may change over time
Daily Check-in & Wallet
- Users may earn coins through Daily Check-in rewards.
- Daily Check-in rewards may vary based on country, region, streak, promotions, or platform rules.
- Coin balance, last check-in date, streak count, reward status, and wallet activity may be stored in Google Sheets.
- Coins are used only inside the app for rewards, wallet features, and featured promotions.
Recovery Key & Account Restore
- The app may generate a Recovery Key linked to your anonymous UserKey.
- This Recovery Key helps restore wallet, coins, groups, referrals, and coin history after reinstalling the app or changing devices.
- Users are responsible for saving their Recovery Key safely.
- Recovery Key validation may use Google Sheets records such as Users, Groups, Coin History, or Referral records.
- A fake or unknown Recovery Key may be rejected if it does not exist in server-side records.
- Restoring an account does not create a new referral reward.
Coin History
- The app may record coin transactions such as Daily Check-in rewards, Referral rewards, Admin gifts, and Featured promotion purchases.
- Coin History may include transaction type, coin amount, description, and date/time.
- This information is used for wallet tracking, reward verification, transparency, and user support.
Link Health Check
- The app may periodically check submitted group and channel links to detect expired, invalid, broken, or inaccessible links.
- Link check status, last checked time, issue reason, and failed check count may be stored in Google Sheets.
- This information is used only to improve platform quality, identify broken links, and protect users from inactive listings.
- Links marked as invalid or expired may be hidden until updated and approved again.
Admin Gifts & Rewards
- Administrators may send promotional coins or rewards to individual users, users from a selected country, or all users.
- Gifted coin records may be stored in Google Sheets and shown in Coin History.
- Gifted rewards may be used only within the app.
Push Notifications
If notification permission is granted, Smart Group Join may send notifications related to:
- Group approvals
- Group rejections
- Featured groups
- Referral rewards
- Daily Check-in reminders
- Click milestones
- Link issues
- Important platform updates
Users may disable notifications at any time through device settings or app settings.
Featured Groups
- Users may spend earned coins to feature their approved groups
- Featured status may expire automatically after the selected promotion period
- Featured promotion records may be stored for wallet and coin history tracking
Google Sheets Storage
The following app-related information may be stored in Google Sheets:
- Group submissions
- Likes, clicks, views, and group opens
- Referral counts and referral reward status
- Coin balances
- Daily Check-in records
- Coin History records
- Recovery Key validation records
- Feature promotion status
- Notification records
- Link Health Check records
- Admin gift records
No personal information such as name, email address, or phone number is required to use the app.
Data Storage
App data is stored in Google Sheets hosted on Google's infrastructure. Some technical data may also be stored locally on your device using app storage to keep your UserKey / Recovery Key, wallet access, and app preferences.
Android backup services may restore some local app data after reinstall if device backup is enabled. This behavior depends on user device settings, Google account backup settings, and Android system support.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your submitted groups at any time:
- Delete from the My Groups tab in the app, if available

Some records such as reward history, abuse prevention records, and transaction logs may be retained when necessary to prevent fraud, duplicate rewards, or system abuse.
Children's Privacy
Smart Group Join is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
