Group Information
Group names, descriptions, icons, banners,
categories, invitation codes, memberships and
administrative roles.
Messages
Messages, announcements and other content sent
inside groups or private conversations.
Photos and Content
Profile photos, group images, chat images and other
photos voluntarily uploaded by users.
Social Connections
Followers, following, friends, group memberships

Approximate Location
A country or city voluntarily selected by the user.
Groupora does not require users to publicly share
their precise live location.
Google Sign-In
If you choose Google Sign-In, Groupora may receive
basic account information provided through Google,
such as your email address, display name, profile
image and Google account identifier.

Users may voluntarily provide information when
creating a profile, creating a group, sending a
message, uploading an image, submitting a report,
contacting support or using other Groupora features.

to the members of that group. Private messages are
visible to the participants in the conversation,
subject to moderation, safety and legal requirements.
Service Providers
We use trusted service providers to operate
Groupora. These providers may process limited
information only as needed to provide their

Google Firebase
Groupora may use Firebase Authentication,
Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage and related
Firebase services for account authentication,
database storage, uploaded content and application
operation.
Google Sign-In
Google Sign-In may be used to authenticate users
who choose to access Groupora with their Google
account.
Legal and Safety Reasons
Information may be disclosed where reasonably
necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to
lawful requests, prevent fraud or abuse, protect the
security of Groupora, or protect the rights and
safety of users and others.

Groupora allows users to create profiles, groups,
messages, descriptions, announcements and uploaded
images. Users are responsible for the content they

Groupora may review, restrict, remove or preserve
content when necessary for moderation, security,

Users may report inappropriate users, groups,
messages or content using the available reporting
features.

organizational measures intended to protect user
information against unauthorized access, loss,
misuse, alteration or disclosure.
Data transmitted between the application and its

encrypted network connections where supported.

share account credentials with other people.

Request permanent deletion of their Groupora
account and associated data.

You may request permanent deletion of your Groupora
account and the personal data associated with it.
Use the account-deletion page below and submit your
request using the email address connected to your
Groupora account.
A verified deletion request may delete your profile,
email address, username, profile photo, groups,
memberships, messages, uploaded content, social
connections and other account-associated information.
We may ask you to confirm account ownership before
processing a deletion request. Verified deletion
requests are normally processed within 30 days.
๐ฅ Age Requirements
Groupora is not directed to young children. Users
must meet the minimum age requirements applicable in
their country and comply with the age restrictions
displayed on the Google Play store listing.
If we learn that information was collected from a
user who was not legally permitted to use the
service, we may restrict the account and delete the
related information where appropriate.
๐ International Data Processing
Groupora and its service providers may process or
store information on servers located outside the
user's country. Where required, reasonable safeguards
are used for the handling of such information.
